About the role

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close and implementation.
  • Qualify inbound opportunities by assessing customer needs and prioritizing high-potential leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct structured discovery to understand client needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and present tailored commercial proposals aligned to client requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with UK and international clients.
  • Engage and manage multiple stakeholders across client organisations.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Brand teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM.
  • Represent Tillo at relevant industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Deliver against a £250k+ annual new business revenue target in year 1

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years’ experience in B2B sales (SaaS, fintech, payments, or API-based platforms).
  • Proven track record of achieving £200k–£500k+ annual sales targets.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions clearly.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in gift cards, rewards, incentives, or loyalty sectors (Desirable)
  • Exposure to global or international sales environments (Desirable)
  • Additional European language skills (Desirable)
