• Establish Daily Cash Positioning: Run tight, daily global cash positioning across multiple legal entities and currencies to ensure flawless operational execution and strategic cash movements.
• Optimise Working Capital: Manage and monitor the delicate balance of client floats and pre-funded brand credit cycles, ensuring daily funding availability without creating operational pinches.
• Own Rolling Forecasts: Build, maintain, and stress-test robust 13-week and 12-month rolling cash flow models to accurately project working capital needs and corporate funding liquidity.
• Design and maintain strict treasury controls to track client fund flows, ensuring clear visibility, risk mitigation, and operational segregation between corporate liquidity and client cash.
• Take full operational ownership of corporate credit facilities, confidently managing drawing mechanics, optimal utilisation, and repayment cycles.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive financial compliance frameworks, including the proactive calculation of leverage/liquidity ratios and performance tracking against structured internal and external benchmarks.
• Translate complex treasury positions, liquidity profiles, and capital efficiency metrics into clear, actionable insights directly for the Head of FP&A and the CFO.
• Act as the lead / super-user for global corporate banking portals, owning user permissions, secure validation controls, and navigating international payment rails (SEPA, ACH, SWIFT).
• Design and execute corporate foreign exchange (FX) hedging strategies to protect commercial margins against currency volatility as international volume scales.
• Evaluate, select, and onboard tier-1 global banking partners to support Tillo's expansion into new international markets and currencies.
• Once daily operations and reporting are thoroughly optimised, evaluate the long-term treasury technology roadmap, including the potential selection and phased implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS)

Treasury Manager

• Develop, execute, and optimise end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns aligned to Tillo’s commercial, product, and brand priorities.
• Lead multi-touch ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) across key channels—email, content, gifting, display, paid, and more.
• Drive lead generation and pipeline growth, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality MQLs and MQAs to support revenue objectives.
• Develop clear, compelling campaign messaging and value propositions tailored to target industries, buyer personas, and use cases.
• Leverage tools like HubSpot, Demandbase, and data enrichment platforms to build targeted nurture campaigns and automated workflows that engage across the funnel.
• Support product launches and feature rollouts with integrated campaign strategies including email marketing, social, content, and webinars.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of a calendar of industry-facing events, including TilloConnect, conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
• Support all event logistics, delegate engagement, and pre/post-event marketing in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure strong event follow-up plans are in place—capturing leads, assigning follow-ups, and tracking pipeline progression.
• Conduct post-event analysis to assess ROI, lead conversion, and opportunities for future optimisation.
• Partner closely with the US-based Sales team to ensure strong alignment on campaign goals, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the UK-based Marketing team to align on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market timing.
• Partner with the Account Management team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to the existing customer base.
• Provide campaign playbooks, messaging maps, and collateral that empower outbound sales efforts and reinforce brand consistency.
• Maintain open feedback loops with commercial and product teams to adapt strategies based on customer insights and market shifts.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, including MQL and MQA outcomes, using insights to continuously optimise results.
• Measure and report on event-generated pipeline from first contact through to deal progression.
• Support leadership with regular reporting dashboards and ongoing optimisation recommendations.

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities across both the Brand and Buyer pipelines, working inbound MQLs and outbound prospecting in tandem.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in HubSpot, including strong management of the Lead Object and accurate lifecycle stage progression.
• Use a consultative approach in outreach to identify fit, qualify need, and book high-quality meetings for the relevant commercial team.
• Know when to automate and when to personalise - building sequences and workflows where appropriate, while picking up the phone when it matters.
• Maximise events coverage by working in event apps, booking meetings ahead of events, and generating pipeline on the ground.
• Collaborate closely with the Email Marketing Manager and wider marketing and commercial teams to ensure a joined-up approach to outreach and follow-up.
• Research new opportunities and support Tillo's growth in existing and new markets.
• Act as a credible and informed first point of contact for prospective clients.
