About the role
- Review inbound applications and identify high-potential candidates for a variety of roles across the organization
- Schedule interviews with speed, polish, and accuracy across multiple time zones
- Support early-stage sourcing and outreach
- Keep candidate records and recruiting systems clean and up to date
- Improve internal workflows, data hygiene, and scheduling processes
- Run searches across functions like GTM, product, engineering, and design
- Report to Senior Recruiting Manager and partner closely with the recruiting team to level up how we find, engage, and hire top talent
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, including application reviews, sourcing, and screening
- Excited about recruiting and want to grow into a full-cycle recruiter or recruiting specialist
- Care deeply about the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both async and in real time
- Fast, curious, and like figuring things out
- Want to learn how AI and automation can accelerate talent work
- Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Authorized to work in the United States
- English fluency is required
