• Embedded in a cross-functional squad, partnering throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and iterations.
• Discover, research, design and deliver engaging, well-crafted experiences across mobile and web.
• Evolve design concepts from early-stage prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Run or leverage user research and usage analytics to deeply understand members.
• Estimate design effort, track to OKRs, and measure how experience impacts members.
• Collaborate with UX Research and UX Writing to define member needs and solutions.
• Use and contribute to the Tide Design System to ensure consistent, scalable experiences.
