About the role

  • Design end-to-end solutions across Zensai’s core B2B platforms (learning, performance, engagement).
  • Own design projects from discovery through delivery across web and mobile.
  • Conduct research, wireframing, user testing, and create high-fidelity UI.
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions.
  • Help evolve the design system and influence how design operates across the organisation.
  • Contribute to a culture of testing and user research while balancing delivery timelines with insights.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design in shipped products.

Requirements

  • Mid–senior Product Designer level (hands-on role)
  • Ability to influence and align diverse, opinionated stakeholders—explaining trade‑offs and defending choices with evidence.
  • A portfolio of shipped product work that shows strong UI craft and clear decision‑making.
  • Fluency in Figma and confidence working with established design systems.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and iterating quickly, grounded in user insight and business context.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design in delivered products.
  • Portfolio walkthrough and Figma file available for review; ability to complete a short design case study (2–3 hours suggested).
  • Must be able to work within Poland (location requirement).
