Requirements
7+ years of UX/Product Design experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS platforms.
Proven ability to lead UX strategy, conduct user research, and design scalable systems for multiple user roles and workflows.
Skilled in user interviews, discovery sessions, and translating customer insights into actionable designs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design thinking clearly to both internal teams and external clients.
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; familiarity with creative production, e-commerce platforms, DAM, CMS, PIM, AI-driven workflows, or modular interface design is a plus.
