Support the development and execution of the company’s commercial data and AI strategies
Lead and coordinate third-party data partner RFPs, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data needs and opportunities for innovation
Manage data acquisition processes, ensuring data quality, compliance, and integration with internal systems
Champion data clean room conversations and activations
Act as an internal champion for data-driven decision making, promoting best practices and success stories across the organization
Track and report on the impact of data initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Develop and maintain documentation, case studies, and training materials to support data literacy and adoption
Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business goals

Requirements

7+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or a related field
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business
Experience with data acquisition, vendor management, or RFP processes
Understanding data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into data solutions
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Up to 15% travel may be required
