About the role
- Own advanced analytics pipelines in Databricks and BigQuery that support product analytics, forecasting, and AI use cases
- Build, train, and deploy predictive models to forecast performance and uncover product insights
- Apply AI and LLMs to create automation and natural-language analytics (e.g., Slack-based analytics agents)
- Integrate data and models via APIs to connect analytics, AI services, and internal tools
- Partner with Product and Analytics teams to turn product questions into scalable analytical solutions
- Validate and monitor models and data outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ongoing performance
- Prototype new AI-driven approaches that improve insight generation and decision-making
- Communicate clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product analytics
- Advanced SQL and Python for analytics, modeling, and automation
- Strong experience with Databricks and BigQuery
- Data science expertise in predictive modeling and ML
- Experience deploying models into production workflows
- Hands-on experience with APIs and AI services
- Applied knowledge of LLMs and agent-based AI
