About the role
- Underwriting: Preparing term sheets for early-stage deals and assisting with presentation materials when needed
- Transaction Management: Leading a diverse pipeline of C-PACE projects, triaging and prioritizing next steps for the pipeline
- Market research: Leveraging CoStar and other data to support underwriting assumptions
- Risk management: Identifying transaction risks and addressing underwriting concerns with credit team
- Contract administration: Completing loan files accurately and thoroughly
- Client engagement: Preparing for client meetings and presenting background material
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ Years of commercial real estate construction underwriting experience
- 5+ Years of commercial real estate construction underwriting experience (preferred)
- Masters/MBA related to CRE (preferred)
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and/or clean energy deployment
- Experience with financial structuring of commercial real estate construction/development projects
- University degree preferred
