Outside Sales

• Direct, lead, and supervise the Outside Sales function
• Develop, implement and execute a sales/marketing plan
• Determine product consumption and customer-buying motivators
• Conduct SWOT analyses of customer buying motivation
• Establish benchmarks for participation and develop a marketing plan
• Develop sales plans in concert with sales personnel
• Capture competitive pricing data and profile pricing practices
• Coordinate operating, credit activities and monitor goals and objectives
• Make sales calls with each salesperson and provide training as required
• Assist regional and corporate credit managers in improving turnover of receivables.
