Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Facilities Management, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, with experience overseeing multiple facilities or a large-scale operation
  • Certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) are highly valued
  • Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP or Maximo
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams
  • Ability to travel as directed by leader / division oversight
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff and external vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
