💰 $119,300 - $181,500 per year
About the role
- Serve as a “GM” responsible for the strategy and execution of new bets, including developing OKRs and KPIs to measure success across a portfolio of projects
- Source and develop new partners, and collaborate with other business development teams to secure necessary partnerships
- Project and program manage initiatives within the portfolio of new ventures
- Identify key requirements to stand-up new bets and the requirements to scale if/when needed
- Lead cross-functional workstreams to develop, test, and refine initiatives to meet or exceed KPIs
- Partner with product and engineering teams to inform near and long-term product roadmaps to widen addressable verticals
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, Commercial Strategy, and other BizDev teams
- Work with Business Development leadership to improve frameworks for identifying, prioritizing, executing, and iterating strategic distribution opportunities
- Travel to internal company meetings, partners, and conferences (approximately 10-20% of working time)
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, and/or management consulting (or comparable experiences)
- Experience setting and achieving revenue goals or other financial metrics
- Ability to facilitate a path forward, balancing a diverse set of perspectives and priorities
- Comfort being at the intersection of strategy, operations, business development, and technology
- Ability to autonomously design, create, and deliver results and presentations for senior and executive leadership with minimal supervision
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, with a strong ability to persuade and influence
- Strong project management skills to juggle a portfolio of projects
- Willingness to travel 10 -20% of your working time
