About the role

  • Set and own the strategic direction for the Creative Studio
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for creative quality, delivery performance, and operational excellence
  • Lead and evolve an integrated creative and production organization
  • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing team of senior creatives, producers, and people leaders
  • Design and continuously improve systems, workflows, and operating rhythms
  • Influence senior leaders across Brand, Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, belonging, candid feedback, and resilience

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative, production, and/or integrated studio or agency environments
  • 4+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience
  • Experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams through clear structure and accountability
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end creative delivery
  • Deep understanding of production realities, timelines, budgets and executional complexity
  • Strong creative judgment across multiple disciplines and channels
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with operational discipline
  • Clear communicator and trusted partner who can align stakeholders and drive decisions
