Program Manager

• Develop and implement the strategic direction for the credit card programs
• Including identifying opportunities to expand the program and optimize credit cards as an efficient payment method for corporate expenditures
• Plan and implement those modifications
• Develops the credit card program policies and administers those policies in an efficient way for the organization
• Administration of the credit card program by issuing cards, determining card limits and canceling cards immediately upon employee termination
• Identify and initiate enrollment of additional merchants for card programs
• Work with internal and external partners to define and communicate specifications and expectations of credit card purchases
• Market the credit card program to encourage use of the program
• Expert in Thrivent’s expense reimbursement tool providing reimbursement guidance to corporate credit card holders
• Lead the selection process for credit card vendors and negotiate the contracts, drafting contract language and facilitating post contract vendor relationship management
• Measure, track, analyze and audit credit card usage taking corrective actions when needed by notifying managers, cardholders and code of conduct of non-compliance issues and/or improving on controls
• Determine trends and future policy/direction/controls
• Subject matter expert for charge card programs within the corporation, coaching and providing consultation to clients, resolve vendor disputes and drive procurement best practices across all divisions/departments for assigned category
• Decides best strategic approaches to promote and market the credit card program
• Work closely with IT to implement technology solutions and resolve problems that enhance the programs
• Other strategic tasks and participation in projects assigned to support departmental objectives including category manager contracting

Software Engineer

• Lead and manage the Identity Engineering Integrations (IEI) team , providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure successful delivery of integration projects and automation initiatives
• Drive the development and implementation of IAM integration solutions , including automation for certificate lifecycle management, secrets health monitoring, and onboarding workflows for privileged access management tools
• Champion the engineering community by empathizing with their needs and reducing friction in adopting IAM capabilities
• Design and deliver integration patterns, tools, and guidance that make it simple for developers to embed authorization, secrets management, and privileged access controls into their applications and processes without compromising agility or security
• Oversee the design and optimization of integration frameworks that connect IAM services with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and security monitoring tools such as DataDog
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders, to align IEI initiatives with organizational objectives and improve identity security posture
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable integration processes that adhere to compliance and audit requirements while reducing operational overhead
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure integrations and automation projects are completed on time and within financial constraints
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and partners , enabling collaboration and shared understanding of IAM integration priorities
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM engineering, automation, and integration technologies to continuously enhance the organization’s identity and access management capabilities.

Marketing

• Assists in marketing, advertising, prospecting, and community engagement for Avonlea Finacial Group
• Manage and prepare event/workshop logistics for both of Avonlea Financial Group's Marietta, GA and Gainesville, FL office
• Handles incoming telephone calls to Avonlea Financial Group and responds to requests for information
• Performs routine administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies and processing mail
• Prepares or coordinates the preparation of routine correspondence, reports, and special projects typically of a routine nature
• Supports projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as needed
• Drive client/member facing activity in the practice by scheduling meetings with client/members and community events on behalf of the practice’s Financial Advisors
