Tender/RFP analysis: Review and analyze technical specifications, drawings, and contractual documents for received tenders/RFPs
Proposal preparation: Prepare detailed bids considering manufacturing costs, materials, labor, and delivery lead times
Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to obtain accurate cost information and production capacity
Write technical proposals that highlight the benefits of the company’s solutions
Negotiation and follow-up: Support the sales team during client negotiations by providing technical and financial justification for proposals
Process optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement of the bidding process by identifying efficiency opportunities and proposing innovative solutions

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience reading technical drawings and understanding manufacturing processes
Experience preparing bids in an industrial environment, preferably in equipment manufacturing
Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with other office software
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent French (written and spoken). English proficiency is an asset.
