• Tender/RFP analysis: Review and analyze technical specifications, drawings, and contractual documents for received tenders/RFPs
• Proposal preparation: Prepare detailed bids considering manufacturing costs, materials, labor, and delivery lead times
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to obtain accurate cost information and production capacity
• Write technical proposals that highlight the benefits of the company’s solutions
• Negotiation and follow-up: Support the sales team during client negotiations by providing technical and financial justification for proposals
• Process optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement of the bidding process by identifying efficiency opportunities and proposing innovative solutions
