About the role
- Build and lead a high‑impact research group
- Attract, recruit and develop highly specialized talent
- Establish a culture of excellence, innovation and collaboration
- Represent the company within 3GPP, IEEE and ITU
- Lead the drafting and defense of high‑impact technical contributions
- Develop an influence strategy within working groups
- Structure an IP strategy aligned with business objectives

Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in electrical engineering, computer science or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the field
- Proven experience in advanced R&D in wireless telecommunications (5G/6G)
- Significant contributions to standardization work (3GPP strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated technical leadership or team management experience
- Track record of intellectual property contributions (patents, publications)
- Strategic vision combined with strong hands‑on execution capability
