About the role
- Lead Thermo Fisher's enterprise AI Compliance Program
- Provide strategic legal and compliance leadership
- Support Corporate and Business Compliance
- Influence senior stakeholders across organization
- Manage two direct reports
- Develop and maintain practical playbooks, contract templates, and training materials
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in legal, compliance, privacy, technology law, or AI governance
- Strong understanding of global AI and data protection frameworks
- Experience building, leading, or scaling enterprise compliance programs
- Proven ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
- Experience leading people and working across functions
- Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus
