About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to sell, deploy, and support AI solutions.
- Drive the growth and success of our AI practice by identifying new opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing on key initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of channel development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive partner success.
- Monitor and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our AI practice remains at the cutting edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in channel development, partner management, or a similar role within the technology industry.
- Extensive experience in a leadership role with a track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies.
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including key technologies, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
