About the role
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead innovative initiatives in demand planning, inventory optimization, and digital technology adoption while fostering strong partnerships across divisions and functions
- Oversee the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process
- Guide continuous improvement and develop robust strategies to enhance product availability and operational efficiency
- Shape the future of our supply chain operations, implementing advanced technologies and best practices while developing and mentoring teams across multiple locations
- Ensure timely responses for company objectives and challenges (ie global tariffs, ERP/MRP integrations, supply chain continuity, etc)
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 7 years in leadership roles
- Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Success implementing digital supply chain technologies and guiding enterprise-scale transformation
- Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes including demand/supply planning, procurement, and logistics
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics tools
- Proven track record of leading SIOP processes and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in regulated industries (Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Device) preferred
- Leadership abilities with experience managing inclusive, distributed teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to implement change management and process improvement initiatives
- Strong project management skills with record of successful program delivery
- Experience with AI/ML, digital twins, and advanced supply chain technologies
