About the role

  • Meet or exceed a defined sales plan; forecast sales performance accurately
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to grow business within your assigned territory
  • Make daily outbound telephone calls and communicate via email to all organizational levels and functional areas in accounts where purchasing decisions are made
  • Capitalize on training opportunities to develop in-depth knowledge of service and support offerings in order to proactively uncover new opportunities within assigned accounts to generate revenue growth
  • Understand the competitive landscape within accounts to position like or better product offerings to customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of diverse Life Sciences experience—including service, sales, product management, or other cross-functional commercial roles
  • Excellent telephone skills and communication abilities
  • high proficiency in negotiating complex deals
  • Results-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 20% for customer visits and meetings
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
