- Lead innovative diagnostic and life science solutions that help improve healthcare outcomes
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams developing advanced products while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Create compelling technology roadmaps, lead innovation initiatives, and drive new product development from concept to market launch
- Collaborate across business units, manage external partnerships, and ensure alignment with industry regulations and quality standards
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of R&D leadership experience, including team management
- Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
- Extensive product development experience, preferably in diagnostics or life sciences
- Proven expertise in formal verification, design transfer, and EU/US regulatory clearance
- Demonstrated success in project management and successful product launches
- Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and innovation strategies
- Ability to build and manage strategic partnerships with external collaborators
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and matrix organization navigation
- Strong business acumen and budget management capabilities
- Demonstrated success in talent development and team building
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across organizations
- Travel required up to 50%
- Proficiency in English required for technical writing and presentations
- Experience with innovation models including internal development, licensing, and M&A.
