About the role

  • Accelerate adoption of CGT instruments and solutions by developing strategic customer relationships
  • Build and execute territory strategies to drive bookings and platform adoption
  • Identify and engage high-growth accounts
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams to complete complex opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD/MBA)
  • 5+ years of life sciences commercial experience with demonstrated success in pipeline building and closing complex deals
  • Cell & Gene Therapies (CGT) domain knowledge
  • Working knowledge of the therapy lifecycle from discovery through clinical manufacturing
  • Preferred background in immunology and/or cell biology
