About the role
- Accelerate adoption of CGT instruments and solutions by developing strategic customer relationships
- Build and execute territory strategies to drive bookings and platform adoption
- Identify and engage high-growth accounts
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy
- Lead cross-functional deal teams to complete complex opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD/MBA)
- 5+ years of life sciences commercial experience with demonstrated success in pipeline building and closing complex deals
- Cell & Gene Therapies (CGT) domain knowledge
- Working knowledge of the therapy lifecycle from discovery through clinical manufacturing
- Preferred background in immunology and/or cell biology
