About the role
- Lead and execute inventory management initiatives across multiple global Drug Substance Division sites
- Define and maintain the division’s inventory strategy and operational roadmap
- Partner with Finance to establish inventory targets, performance metrics, and governance processes
- Drive global process standardization and implementation of inventory control best practices
- Design and optimize inventory structures to support business growth and scalability
- Lead cross-functional, multi-site improvement projects with measurable business impact
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams
- Support organizational change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership and influence within matrixed, global organizations
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations Management
- Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in inventory control procedures and financial management
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-site and cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
