About the role

  • Contribute to supply chain excellence and customer success
  • Develop and manage credible demand signals in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Create and maintain accurate 18–24 month rolling demand forecasts
  • Lead and manage the monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align commercial strategies with operational capabilities
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service levels
  • Engage regularly with commercial teams and customers to build effective partnerships and improve forecast accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and outcomes
  • Support new product introductions and manage product lifecycle transitions
  • Provide critical insights to support strategic business decisions
  • Implement process improvements, support team members, and contribute to operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred
  • Strong proficiency in statistical forecasting methodologies and SIOP/IBP processes
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with demand planning software (Demantra, Kinaxis, or similar tools)
