💰 $45,000 - $52,000 per hour
About the role
- Serve as a key liaison between executives and stakeholders while managing complex administrative functions
- Provide high-level support by effectively managing calendars and coordinating global travel
- Organizing meetings and events, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Anticipate needs, offer solutions, and ensure smooth operations across multiple time zones and business units
- Manage complex schedules, prepare professional communications and presentations, process expenses, and complete special projects
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science, Business, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with recent experience supporting executives in a corporate environment preferred
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating complex international travel and managing detailed logistics
- Ability to work independently and identify/resolve issues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours when needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix environment
- Proficiency with expense management systems and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and project management skills
- Professional communication style and presence
