About the role
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for designated accounts and products.
- Develop deep technical expertise in assigned products and maintain a strong understanding of the market landscape.
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) effectively for accurate territory and pipeline management.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by retaining existing business and cultivating new relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Laboratory experience preferred.
- General knowledge of the product portfolio.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and capacity to multi-task.
- Ability to develop technical proficiency across a broad range of innovative products.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages valuable for international roles.
