About the role
- install, repair and service chemistry analyzers and instrumentation
- Ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification and verification of clinical and discrete chemistry analyzers
- Maximize analyzer uptime and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Instrumentation
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer
- Effective communication skills and establishing good customer rapport
- Proven ability to prioritize service requests
- Must have the ability to work independently
