About the role
- Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of HR-ICP-MS, GD-MS and MC-ICP-MS instruments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and find opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience with HR-ICP-MS and/or MC-ICP-MS instruments.
- Experience in a laboratory, technical support, or scientific instrumentation environment preferred.
- Proficient in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Excellent ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools for documentation and reporting.
- Preparedness to travel widely throughout the UK and Europe (around 75% of the time), including overnight accommodations when necessary.
- A valid UK driver’s licence and passport are required.
