Build and maintain a deep understanding of our SUT portfolio and the wider bioproduction market
Be responsible for the regional sales target and any associated metrics of the portfolio
Collaborate with the local teams to implement the regional sales strategy, build and manage the commercial opportunity pipeline to achieve sales targets.
Conduct internal product presentations and serve as a mentor to the TSS teams on promoting and selling our products
Conduct external product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our bioprocessing equipment.
Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process, including answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on production selection and configuration.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to promote our products, network with potential customers, and stay updated on market trends.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management and marketing, to provide customer feedback in order to drive product and internal process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related subject area.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Commercially savvy, with the ability to build relationships within a diverse working environment.
Strong technical knowledge of single-use technologies and their applications.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the APJ region as needed.
