Project Manager

• Support planning, execution, and successful completion of complex projects including new product development, product commercialization, cost savings initiatives and new market expansion
• Serve as project manager behind the PLM system processes and updates; ensure PLM is kept up-to-date and accurate as essential project deliverable
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives while managing resources, timelines, and budgets
• Advise clients on project cost, program, risks and issues
• Engage and leverage multi-disciplinary professional teams and drive productive, meaningful communications with stakeholders
• Prepare timely and relevant monthly reports including project programs and risk registers
• Leverage effective and efficient communication & project management tools
• Cultivate delivery plans in partnership with others and ensure objectives are met
• Act as a positive agent of change: challenge the status quo, perform to high standards in changing environments, and drive iterative/evolutionary change with partners and stakeholders
• Demonstrate drive, ownership, integrity and teamwork in pursuit of performance improvement
• Report to the Executive Director of Global Innovation, Insights & Product
