Advise clients on the project cost, program, risks and issues.
Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.

Design and prepare timely and relevant weekly, and monthly reports including project programs, risk registers etc.
Develop and implement effective and efficient communication tools.
Cultivate delivery plans for projects in synergistic partnership with others, and ensure objectives are met.

Requirements

5-7 years of professional project management experience with a solid foundation in best practices, methodologies, and ethical standards.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred, or recognized project management qualification with APM, RICS, or similar.
Experience successfully leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams with a proven track record of achieving goals.
Strength in didactic knowledge and practical application of best practices in project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Proven track record of excellence in project management, ensuring that projects stay on track, meet objectives, and are completed within specified timelines and budgets.
Significant experience driving multiple projects from long lead enterprise objectives to smaller quick win projects.
Ability to design and implement right sized project management methodologies for the company size and targeted growth.
Pragmatic problem solver with a positive mindset, focusing on solutions and results versus focusing on the obstacles.
Ability to manage and mitigate scope creep.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
