About the role
- Review and screen CVs quickly and accurately based on role requirements.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to candidates daily.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess English level, communication skills, work experience, role fit, availability, and expectations.
- Decide which candidates move forward in the process.
- Schedule video interviews with the recruiter for qualified candidates.
- Coordinate English tests and follow up on results.
- Manage candidates and pipelines using Breezy HR.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate status updates.
- Follow up with candidates to reduce no-shows and drop-offs.
- Work closely with the recruiter who conducts the video interviews.
Requirements
- English level B2 or C1 (spoken and written).
- Excellent Spanish communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and professional, friendly tone.
- Comfortable making many calls per day.
- Able to review CVs quickly without losing accuracy.
- Strong judgment when assessing candidate quality and role fit.
- Highly proactive and self-driven.
- Organized and able to handle multiple vacancies at once.
- Previous experience in recruitment, call centers, or high-volume screening is a strong plus.
