About the role
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Prospect into defined B2B ICPs including founders, owners, and executives
- Initiate first-contact conversations and lead structured discovery calls
- Identify business challenges, gaps, and urgency through consultative questioning
- Qualify prospects based on decision-making authority, need, and timing
- Book high-quality sales meetings that convert into revenue
- Follow up strategically across multiple touchpoints to drive engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and pipeline hygiene
- Participate in daily sales syncs, outbound reviews, and pipeline strategy
- Study call recordings and continuously refine messaging and delivery
- Consistently hit or exceed outbound activity and meeting booked KPIs
- Collaborate with closers to ensure tight handoffs and clean transitions
- Represent WFS core values and uphold a high-performance standard
Requirements
- 6 plus months experience in outbound B2B sales
- Proven comfort with cold calling and cold outreach
- Experience selling into business owners or decision-makers preferred
- Strong objection handling and conversational control skills
- High level of discipline, resilience, and self-management
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound workflows
