About the role
- Greet and always become available to Guests in a friendly manner, prioritizing Guest interaction over tasks
- Maintain a neat and organized Store, on stage and backstage, so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment
- Perform effective till transactions that enhance the Guest perception and observe all relevant SOPs protecting Company assets including cash handling
- Help fellow employees navigate company resources and learn about discounts and new company initiatives
- Maintain a professional appearance and perform in fast-paced environments
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (40 pounds or more) and stand for extended periods; move and handle boxes and fixtures throughout the store
- Perform all store functions as set forth; have flexibility to work various shifts; part-time average 20-25 hours per week
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and capable of building trusting relationships
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (40 pounds or more) from time to time as required
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Maintain a professional appearance

- Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- 2+ years of experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
- Some college education (AA, BA) or equivalent experience (Preferred)
