About the role
- Develop and implement holistic audience strategies that align with Disney enterprise objectives, encompassing target audience identification, segmentation, and profiling for marketing activation.
- Build and manage strategy & roadmap , in partnership with cross business stakeholder teams, to outline marketing activation use cases and related consumer journeys driven by business priorities and audience strategies/insights.
- Lead a team to utilize a variety of tools and techniques to analyze, visualize, and model 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data, bringing enterprise consumer insights & audiences to business segment teams to support marketing campaign planning.
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to track the effectiveness of audience strategies and related marketing activations, demonstrating ROI and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage roadmap for strategic data partnerships & initiatives , identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners, internal data sources, and/or modeled attributes to continually enhance our data ecosystem and audience understanding.
- Lead partnerships with cross functional, cross business unit teams to build holistic audience strategies and related insights/analytics that deliver on key business objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in audience/marketing strategy, analytics, insights, or related fields
- Strong experience leveraging data and analytics for audience strategy/targeting to optimize marketing performance with measured results
- Strong understanding of best practices & methodologies to use 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audience data to drive marketing activations
- Experience developing & visualizing audience insights to influence the design of end-to-end customer activation journeys
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (presentation development); ability to influence at senior levels
- Ability to lead, support, and grow a high-performing team
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Analytics, or related field required; Graduate degree preferred
