Responsible for the tactical planning, purchase, execution and delivery of linear and digital audio and video channels, print and OOH that are part of approved media plans.
Establish appropriate tactical media strategies and budgets for clients and apply media measurements creatively.
Responsible for campaign development, management and optimization within various platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon, Pinterest, etc.
Build relationships and maintain ongoing communications with media representatives.
Serve as integral activation lead in key client communication and present at client presentations and meetings.
Design optimal buys in terms of cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal delivery and vendor agreements.
Monitor media buys and own post-buy results and ongoing reporting; oversee creation of reporting dashboards.
Oversee campaign tracking setup and implementation before launch with support from Ad Operations.
Collaborate with finance team to resolve media billing issues and ensure strict adherence to client budgets while meeting objectives.
Stay current on media trends and opportunities; other duties as assigned.

2+ years of digital and linear direct media buying experience required
Knowledge and prior use of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon
Experience with platforms such as Pinterest
Strong organizational and mathematical skills
Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines
Ability to establish good working relationships with media reps
Ability to work effectively with internal teams including Creative, Account Management, Finance and Project Management
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, outside media reps and clients
Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions
