Support driving security improvements throughout TWDC using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
Ensure that the Global Information Security (GIS) portfolio operates with clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment
Provide leadership to integrate work across GIS pillars, maintain strong portfolio governance, and deliver security initiatives that directly support TWDC’s enterprise‑level risk reduction and business priorities
Establish and continuously refine PM practices, frameworks, and tooling standards to drive consistency and quality across the GIS program management function
Define and manage a structured intake and demand management process (in alignment with GIS Risk Management team) to evaluate, prioritize, and onboard new initiatives into the GIS portfolio
Provide executive‑level reporting and communications, translating complex technology initiatives and cybersecurity risks into clear, business‑focused insights
Lead large, complex, multi‑threaded (10+ workstreams) Cybersecurity and Data Privacy projects, ensuring delivery of strategic outcomes aligned with enterprise objectives
Proactively identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to protect outcomes and timelines
Develop, manage, and oversee program budgets and resources to deliver results in a cost‑efficient and accountable manner

Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in program management, including portfolio management
Proficiency in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, threats, and vulnerabilities
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
