About the role
- Support driving security improvements throughout TWDC using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
- Ensure that the Global Information Security (GIS) portfolio operates with clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment
- Provide leadership to integrate work across GIS pillars, maintain strong portfolio governance, and deliver security initiatives that directly support TWDC’s enterprise‑level risk reduction and business priorities
- Establish and continuously refine PM practices, frameworks, and tooling standards to drive consistency and quality across the GIS program management function
- Define and manage a structured intake and demand management process (in alignment with GIS Risk Management team) to evaluate, prioritize, and onboard new initiatives into the GIS portfolio
- Provide executive‑level reporting and communications, translating complex technology initiatives and cybersecurity risks into clear, business‑focused insights
- Lead large, complex, multi‑threaded (10+ workstreams) Cybersecurity and Data Privacy projects, ensuring delivery of strategic outcomes aligned with enterprise objectives
- Proactively identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to protect outcomes and timelines
- Develop, manage, and oversee program budgets and resources to deliver results in a cost‑efficient and accountable manner
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in program management, including portfolio management
- Proficiency in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, threats, and vulnerabilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
