About the role
- Participate in ideation sessions with the marketing teams.
- Show creative thinking skills and social media savvy while working across a range of social platforms.
- Assemble content for our socials firsthand!
- Ideate content concepts for Disney products on social platforms and analyze performance.
- Capture and edit content, producing multiple deliverables weekly.
- Build a community for social platform handles, engaging with content, and connecting with followers.
- Provide generational knowledge into Gen Z trends and way of thinking.
- Work with the team to develop social media plans/calendars.
- Develop influencer lists for gifting opportunities tied to our products.
Requirements
- Actively engaged on a wide array of social media platforms with knowledge of content formats, functionality, and the latest trends
- Experience in content creation
- Ability to improve social content formats creatively
- Partnership and relationship skills
- Experience with TikTok as a user and creator
- Creatively minded with the ability to inspire creative teams.
