About the role

  • Coordinates and performs a wide range of routine and complex administrative and clerical duties
  • Independently manages day-to-day activities in support of Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology executive leadership
  • Responsibilities include calendaring and scheduling, managing travel arrangements, handling of complex communications, development and distribution of meeting materials, office supply management
  • Demonstrates professionalism and a positive service attitude
  • Supports Sr Execs in the organization and provides back-up support for other assistants
  • Works to develop and document standards used across the DE&ET EA team

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Mastery of administrative functions and processes
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
  • Proven ability to work with confidential information, while exercising sound judgment and decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
