Technical Recruiter, Research & Data Science

Full-stack Engineer

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of internal web applications that power trader monitoring, production‑ops visibility, and research workflows.
• Contribute to the team’s existing areas of responsibility, including integration with new assets and markets, profiling and optimisation of distributed systems, and improving trading system resilience.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, traders, and operations staff to translate complex requirements into reliable engineering solutions.
• Own the reliability of what you ship, participating in incident reviews and driving preventive improvements across the stack.

Software Engineer, Full-stack

Administration

• Manage day-to-day benefits administration by responding to employee support requests through Jira with accurate, timely, and empathetic guidance
• Help new hires understand, navigate, and fully utilize their benefits throughout the employee lifecycle
• Serve as a liaison between internal HRIS teams, benefits administration systems, vendors, and carriers
• Partner with benefits vendors and carriers on new implementations, plan setup, and annual renewals
• Implement, maintain, and renew EDI files with insurance carriers and vendors
• Review, analyze, and resolve weekly carrier file discrepancy reports
• Audit and generate carrier invoices and coordinate timely payment
• Support employee claim issues by working with carriers, vendors, and internal partners
• Coordinate COBRA-related activities, including vendor data exchange and subsidy payments
• Review and complete benefits-related compliance checklist tasks
• Perform ad hoc system configuration changes such as benefit class updates, location changes, and eligibility adjustments
• Contribute ideas to improve benefit program “stickiness,” including exploring supplemental and non-traditional benefits that support retention and engagement
• Learn and support benefit programs across multiple geographies, including the US, UK, Puerto Rico, and international benefits

Benefits Administrator

Business Operations

• Develop improvements to core business processes through automation.
• Identify key use cases throughout business processes and work with employees to automate and improve them.
• Work with various customers to make essential operations robust, safe, and easy to use.
• Collaborate in a diverse team to innovate and implement engineering solutions.
• Mentor other engineers by sharing expertise and best practices.

Software Engineer – Business Process & Automation

General Counsel

• Provide expert legal advice and support on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee relations.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, local employment and international (through liaising with outside counsel) laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, non-compete agreements, vendor agreements, and other HR and employment-related documents.
• Ensure that all employment agreements align with company policies and legal requirements across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including internationally.
• Manage and maintain company’s employment agreement template library for use by the recruiting team.
• Provide legal counsel on new employment policies and assist in drafting these new policies and revising employee handbooks periodically.
• Support select non-employment-related legal matters, including review and negotiation of NDAs and commercial contracts, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential legal risks related to employment practices and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Monitor changes in employment law and update company practices accordingly.
• Work closely with Recruiting, HR, management, and other departments to address employment law issues and support business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee benefits, compensation, and other HR-related matters.
• Liaise closely with the recruiting team during the offer process and negotiations with candidates.
• Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
• Implement policies related to equal employment opportunity, harassment prevention, and workplace safety.
• Manage and resolve employment-related disputes, including internal investigations, performance improvement plans, etc.
• Represent the company in employment-related claims, if any.
• Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on employment law issues, company policies, and best practices.
• Develop educational materials and resources to promote legal compliance and foster a positive work environment.
