💰 $25 - $37 per hour

About the role

  • Provides administrative and program support for all labor contracts in effect at UVM Medical Center, Central Vermont Medical Center, and Porter Medical Center.
  • Scheduling grievance and other key Labor meetings.
  • Supporting grievance response preparation and distribution.
  • Sending documents to the unions as required.
  • Compiling and distributing contract-required reports.

Requirements

  • College Degree in Business, HR, or relative field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in a Human Resources role preferred.
  • Three to five years in an administrative support role desired.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Customer service orientation with ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt and reprioritize quickly under fast-paced and changing business conditions.
  • Experience in a union setting helpful.
