About the role
- Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
- Drive the expansion of opportunities within a robust sales pipeline, generating new revenue streams through effective lead generation.
- Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, overseeing the progression of opportunities from identification to closure.
- Develop and implement dynamic strategies for revenue and market share expansion, emphasizing sustainable profitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major customer accounts, fostering enduring relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify growth sectors aligned with our service offerings and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Proven track record in outside sales roles, prioritizing new business development is required; ideally 2-3+ years of experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel is an asset.
- History of delivering client-centric solutions to address diverse needs effectively.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is an asset.
- Proficiency in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads or prospects within a target market.
- Effectively address objections, managing negotiations to close deals and convert opportunities into actual sales.
- Proficient in relationship building.
- Advanced time management abilities and attention to detail.
