💰 $110,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Coach leaders on performance management, goal setting, feedback, accountability, and talent development
- Lead end to end employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, performance improvement plans, and terminations
- Act as a culture champion, partnering with leaders to foster inclusive, engaging, and supportive team environments
- Collaborate with the P&C Director and cross-functional partners to drive innovation and continuous improvement in people processes
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of progressive People & Culture/HR experience
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. multi-state employment laws and regulations
- Experience partnering with leaders on performance management and employee relations
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) highly preferred.
