About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Track emerging markets and trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing Key Accounts.
- Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts.
- Expand the company profile by attending networking events.
- Conduct webinars and presentations to raise brand profile.
- Select prospective clients and negotiate contracts.
- Fulfil requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Collaborate on Custom Group Quotes and improve materialization.
- Work with the marketing team to deliver collateral and presentations.
- Member of incident response team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
- 5+ years of proven business development and/or sales experience.
- Relationship management experience in the travel industry.
- Strategic planning skills and exceptional leadership.
- High degree of numeracy and ability to assess financial opportunities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Lead generation and management experience would be regarded.
