Product Designer

• Develop and evolve the visual identity for The Tie across all touchpoints
• Define how campaigns, announcements, and events should look and feel
• Translate marketing goals into clear visual concepts and guidelines
• Work with Marketing and Events to shape the design approach for launches, events, and campaigns
• Maintain consistency and clarity across all creative output
• Design social assets, graphics, and campaign visuals
• Create event collateral including stage screens, signage, booth graphics, and any other print materials
• Design landing pages, online banners, paid ads, and other digital campaign assets
• Produce presentation decks, reports, one pagers, and institutional design materials
• Collaborate with motion and video editors on animations
• Handle fast turnaround work for announcements and time sensitive content
• Work closely with marketing on storytelling, campaign planning, and day to day content
• Partner with the events team to deliver consistent, high quality visual experiences
• Coordinate with motion designers or freelancers when needed
• Bring strong design judgment into discussions around brand, communication, and messaging

Design Lead

Full-stack Engineer

• Collaborate with senior engineers to build and maintain APIs, scheduled jobs, data pipelines, and data monitors, and assist in identifying and triaging data-quality issues or pipeline failures
• Transform raw blockchain and general purpose data into clean, structured datasets by writing and optimizing SQL queries (Snowflake/SingleStore) and assisting with schema design and data modeling for new data sources
• Contribute to internal tools and automation workflows. Follow clean code practices and contribute to code reviews
• Assist in writing, testing, and refining prompts for LLM-powered features, including developing prompt templates, and documenting prompt behavior, edge cases, and failure modes

Junior Software Engineer – Crypto

• The Tie is the leading provider of information services for digital assets.
• As a Product Designer, you will work alongside Product, Engineering, and other teams to shape and refine our core products—The Tie Terminal, Bridge Messenger, and cross-functional assets supporting Marketing and Sales. You will drive user-centric design, elevate product quality, and craft polished interfaces that reinforce trust in our institutional and crypto data.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of The Tie’s products grounded in strong user empathy and evidence-based design decisions.
• Communicate and translate quantitative and statistical data
• Define and own feature areas with exceptional attention to detail, improving usability, consistency, and end-to-end product quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Researchers, and other stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Support Marketing through high-quality visuals, landing pages, and communication-focused design assets.
• Rapidly prototype and present concepts to communicate ideas and generate momentum.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, design systems, and production-ready assets.
• Conduct quality assurance and usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve product clarity, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Maintain and refine The Tie’s design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across products.
