• Develop original analysis and commentary - market threads, perspectives on crypto trends, and thought leadership that showcases your expertise and understanding of our audience
• Collaborate with research and data science teams to surface compelling onchain insights and package them into shareable content
• Write, manage, and grow our newsletter that keeps subscribers informed on market developments and The Tie's latest insights
• Work with our creative team to produce infographics, charts, and visual assets that make complex data accessible
• Support product launches and other company initiatives by coordinating with the broader marketing team on announcements, events, and campaigns
• Monitor crypto markets and regulatory developments to identify timely content opportunities
• Conduct independent research when needed to develop original angles and perspectives

• Build strong relationships with assigned institutional clients
• Work alongside the Account Executives to win new business and increase sales
• Provide support for customers in the pre-sales and post-sales processes
• Maintain CRM including recording details notes from meetings with clients
• Answering client questions via their designated support channel
• Communicate new feature launches
• Build dashboards, watchlists and news feeds for new clients
• Aggregate product feedback from clients and present to the product team
• Prospect and network for upsells to existing clients
• Drive net retention
