Executive Assistant

• Support two members of leadership during a period of rapid growth
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities for two executives
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, prep materials, and follow-up tasks
• Plan and oversee domestic travel logistics and itineraries (regular regional travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic)
• Support creation of presentations, reports, and communications
• Handle expense reports, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks
• Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners

IT Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal technical support (remote & in-person)
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android
• Provide support for Entra, Intune, Defender, and other IT management tools
• Manage access control and assist with compliance audits
• Perform remote diagnostics and guide users through issue resolution
• Support network infrastructure and help maintain up-to-date IT policies
• Push regular cybersecurity simulations and track employee training
• Assist with ticketing systems (Jira or similar)
• Help identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and documentation

• Represent Local Expert Realty with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Primarily field-based with remote CRM management
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
