About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Source products via ASI, SAGE, or similar platforms
- Create and present tailored promotional solutions for campaigns, events, and gifting
- Collaborate with our creative and production teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Respond to inquiries, generate quotes, and close deals confidently
- Participate in trade shows and occasional client meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Track activities and client interactions in our CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Currently work for a promotional products supplier or distributor
- Have 2+ years of experience in promotional product sales, with an emphasis on hard goods (tumblers, mugs, pens, etc.)
- Bring a book of business that allows you to hit the ground running
- Communicate clearly and build trust with clients quickly
- Stay organized, follow through, and take pride in delivering excellent service
- Enjoy working independently but also thrive as part of a team
- Are comfortable traveling to Dubuque, IA, several times a year
