About the role
- Engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

- Assist clients with inquiries and provide support for their trading activities

- Operate on the AU desk shift (05:00 - 14:00) and follow company processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in the FX industry
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
- Must be local to Serbia (No relocation)
- Ability to work 05:00 - 14:00 shift (AU Desk)
