About the role
- Review, organize, and prepare legal documents and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law
- Support attorneys with business inquiries, transactions, and special projects
- Evaluate legal process requests and identify relevant issues
- Maintain accurate document management and ensure compliance with legal standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred
- 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in a law office or corporate legal department
- Experience reviewing legal documents, contracts, or regulatory materials
- Knowledge of risk management principles and insurance product structures
- Proficiency with legal research tools, case management systems, and Microsoft Office
- Experience organizing large volumes of documents or supporting discovery
