About the role

  • Review, organize, and prepare legal documents and agreements
  • Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law
  • Support attorneys with business inquiries, transactions, and special projects
  • Evaluate legal process requests and identify relevant issues
  • Maintain accurate document management and ensure compliance with legal standards

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in a law office or corporate legal department
  • Experience reviewing legal documents, contracts, or regulatory materials
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and insurance product structures
  • Proficiency with legal research tools, case management systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience organizing large volumes of documents or supporting discovery
